We’re going to cheat with a store-bought chcocolate cake (shh)
Chilled custard 1L
Grated Milk Chcocolate
Almonds – or your favourite nuts
500 ml whipped cream
4 tots of Amarula
Cut the chocolate cake into little chunks.
Grab a bowl and spread a layer of cake at the bottom of the bowl.
Pour some Amarula over the cake.
Pour custard over the Amarula.
Whip your cream until it is stiff. Add a layer of cream over the custard and Amarula.
Grate a layer of chocolate over the cream.
Repeat the layers.
Garnish with Almonds and cherries and make sure to refrigerate.
Repeat the layers, starting with the chocolate cake, moistening it with the remaining Amarula, then custard, and cream. Garnish the remaining grated chocolate and almonds. Keep it refrigerated until you’re ready to serve.
