Delicious Garlic & Herb Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra flavor)

Method

  1. Marinate the Lamb:
    In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the lamb chops evenly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for extra flavor).

2. Heat the Pan or Grill:
