Easy Pasta with Wors in Tomato Soup


  • 3 tbs tomato sauce
  • 2 tomatoes (grated)
  • 1/2 while onion (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 200g boerewors
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 tbs oil


  1. Rinse the pasta with cold water first.
  2. Add a tablespoon of oil to a pot then add the boerewors, fry then cut into small pieces,add some salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped onions and cook until they have browned, now add the tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes then add the pasta and a cup of water. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
