Ingredients

  • 3 bundles of Sweet Potato Leaves
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices of your choice

Method

  1. Once you remove all the leaves from the stalk, ensure you wash the leaves before starting.
  2. Chop up tomato and onion.
  3. Add cooking oil to a pan. Add tomato and onion to the pan with some salt and your chosen spice.
  4. Stir to make consistency like gravy.
  5. Stir until moisture from tomato dries out.
  6. Add the Sweet Potato Leaves and let it cook. Stir frequently for 5-10 minutes.
