No-bake cookie houses
Ingredients
- ½ cup (65g) icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) water or lemon juice
- 8 PnP tea biscuits
- Sprinkles, for decorating
Method
- Combine icing sugar and water and transfer to a piping bag (mixture should not be too runny).
- Create a box shape with 6 biscuits and glue together with icing.
- Create a triangle on top of box with remaining 2 biscuits and glue with icing to create a ‘roof’.
- Pipe windows and a door onto the front of the ‘house’ and decorate with sprinkles.
