Pork Chops


  • Pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Steak and chops spice (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Zamgold cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Season the pork chops with brown sugar, spices and salt
  2. heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add minced garlic for fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the pork chops and cook for 2 minute on each side
  4. Reduce the heat to medium. Continue to cook for 5 to 8 minutes more, flipping the chops every minute, until golden brown and tender
  5. Remove pork chops and place in a baking tray with foil, add whole garlic cloves and cover with foil into oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
