Zambian Bean and Cabbage Fritter
Ingredients
1 can soybeans
2 cups cooked shredded cabbage
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil for frying
Method
Mix the ingredients together.
Roll the above into small bite-sized balls.
Fry in the veggie oil!
