Zambian Bean and Cabbage Fritter

Ingredients

  • 1 can soybeans
  • 2 cups cooked shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Roll the above into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Fry in the veggie oil!
