Zamgold Meatballs


  • lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Zamgold cooking oil
  • 1tablespoon flour
  • 1 large egg
  • bbq spice
  • salt and pepper


  • Add flour and egg to the ground beef and use a fork or your fingers to gently mix everything until combined. For the most tender meatballs, try your best not to over mix.
  • Wet your hands, and make equal small balls of roughly the same size.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • Place the meatballs down into the hot oil and cook until they are cooked through, the outsides are browned nicely.
