Fresh Breakfast Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped

  • 1 cup mango, diced

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped (optional)

 Honey-Lime Dressing (optional but delicious):

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • ½ teaspoon lime zest

Method

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine all the chopped fruits.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and zest.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.

You can chill it for 15–30 minutes before serving if you like it cooler.
